I've been trying to figure out an elegant solution for organizing all the information on this wiki as well as finding spots for some of the orphaned (and such) pages. So far, all I can think to do is make Tutorials and documentation even more general. The InfoIndex is sort of out of date, and we already have Community Links which accomplishes much of what infoindex tries to do, so I think we could make tutorials and docs the new information index.
There's a couple developer pages which are in a similar position, but I think those can be sorted out without resorting to making a general information index type page.
Then there's also the issue of deleting the pages that have had their information merged into other pages and that requires an admin. Orkie and Chip are inactive, and EvilDragon already has enough to do, so we need to choose a new admin for the wiki.
