Ugly layout
The way that the two pages here were combined by Kingu is exceedingly ugly and unusable. Why no TOC at the top? Why TOC partway down the page? The same issue applies for many other pages on the wiki that were combined in recent months - it looks like they are tacked on to each other with no thought at all about coherent integration.
