I changed all Mini A, standard USB A etc. mentions into mini-A, standard-A etc. as they appear in the various USB standard documents. I also corrected all instances where plug names etc. were wrong and clarified some things. I spent quite some time in the last few weeks reading the USB docs so I have some confidence that I got most of this crap sorted out... OrR
