Why? It was already ported to PSP, with a similar architecture. PSP is just 333MHz, and it is able to run some Sega Saturn 2D games at the FULL speed. I am not talking about demanding 3D games, only about 2D of course.
Pandora is much more powerful. If PSP can do that, Pandora too.
